We do have tire chains that fit 275/65-20 tires for your truck, but unfortunately all of our chains are constructed separately (meaning there is no "crossover" chains that connect the two together for dual wheels). All of our tire chains and cables such as the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains part # PW1026 are sold in pairs (2 chains). As long as your 2007 Toyota Yaris has 185/60-15 tires then these cables will work well for you. If you instead have the 175/65-14 tires then you will want to use part # PW1018. The Glacier Rubber Adjusters part # PW100 are also recommended for either set.
